All orders are shipped out from China.

Ordinary in‑stock items will be packed and dispatched within 1‑3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Orders submitted on weekends or Chinese statutory holidays will be arranged for shipment on the next working day.
Custom Handmade Products Lead Time
For personalized custom crystal handicrafts, production time varies according to design complexity, customization requirements and order volume.

3. Estimated Delivery Period
Estimated delivery time varies by destination country. Typical delivery ranges from 15‑35 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

6. Returned Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us owing to wrong shipping address, recipient refusal of collection, long‑term unclaimed or local delivery failure, the round‑trip logistics cost will be deducted if you apply for a refund.
7. Lost or Damaged Goods
If your package is confirmed lost or severely damaged during transportation, please email us at hello@simplifehaus.com within 30 days after shipment, we will handle your after‑sales request accordingly.
