Every glass artwork is 100% custom hand-carved & made to order with no ready stock. We create unique personalized glass decor according to your pictures, patterns and size requirements. Each piece is finely engraved with delicate texture and translucent light transmission effect, ideal for home wall decoration, desktop display, art collection and custom gifts.
We provide four standard reference sizes for your selection. Other sizes and exclusive custom designs are available upon request. All custom orders require manual engraving production, with a production cycle of 3 working days or more, depending on picture complexity and final size. Every item is strictly inspected and packed with professional shockproof packaging to ensure safe global delivery.

Custom Image Requirements
To ensure clear engraving details and high-quality finished products, please follow the image requirements below:
- Image Definition: Please provide high-resolution images above 1080P, clear lines, no blurriness, no pixelation. Low-resolution, compressed or fuzzy images will result in weaker engraving details.
- Image Format: PNG, JPG transparent background images are preferred for the best carving performance.
- Content Compliance: Customers guarantee that the provided pictures do not involve pornography, violence, infringement, discrimination or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate regulations.
- Effect Explanation: Glass engraving presentsgrayscale & translucent texture instead of screen display colors. Bright/dark contrast of the original picture will affect the final carving effect, which belongs to normal handmade characteristics.
Custom Production Process
1. Order Confirmation: Place an order or contact us to confirm size, style and carving requirements.
2. Image Verification: Send your custom pictures, we will check the definition and feasibility.
3. Production Arrangement: Start hand carving production, production period: 3 working days or more (extended for complex patterns & large sizes).
4. Quality Inspection & Packaging: Strictly check details, edge polishing and firmness, use anti-collision foam + hard box safe packaging.
5. Shipping: Deliver with tracked international logistics.

Return, Refund & Disclaimer Policy（Very Important）
1. Made-to-Order Non-Returnable Rule
All products are 100% customized handmade items without stock. Once production starts, they cannot be resold. Therefore, custom products do not support return, exchange or refund due to customer personal preference, dislike, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
2. Exceptional After-Sales Scope
We only accept compensation applications for the following verified situations:
- Product damaged during transit
- Wrong carving content caused by our production error
- Severe quality defects confirmed by us
Customers need to provide unboxing video & defect photos within 48 hours after delivery for verification.
3. Custom Effect Disclaimer
- Glass hand-carved products belong to art handmade crafts. Slight texture difference, manual trace and light transmission difference are normal artistic characteristics, not quality problems.
- The final carving effect is subject to the definition, contrast and proportion of the customer-provided pictures. We do not support refunds due to subjective effect dissatisfaction under normal carving standards.
- Color difference between electronic screen display and physical translucent carving effect is normal and not within the after-sales scope.
4. Size & Material Limitation Disclaimer
To ensure glass integrity and transportation safety, we have fixed material and size limits. We reserve the right to reject ultra-large, ultra-thin or risky custom sizes that are not suitable for glass production and cross-border transportation.
5. Order Cancellation Rule
- Cancel free of charge within 24 hours of order placement before production.
- Once production is started, no cancellation or refund is allowed to avoid material loss and labor waste.
6. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Customers are fully responsible for the copyright, portrait right and legitimacy of the provided custom pictures. All customized content provided by customers shall not involve any infringement disputes. We will not bear any legal liability caused by customer-provided materials.
