This online store operates cross-border e-commerce retail business, selling handcrafted crystal ornaments, handicrafts and digital downloadable e-books to global customers.
All products are handmade goods or virtual digital works produced and dispatched from China.

Applicable Law: All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, while complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and consumer protection regulations of the European Union for European customers.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from orders shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the local people's court where our business is located for settlement.

We do not hold a European VAT identification number. All import taxes and VAT for destination countries are pre-included in the commodity selling price.
